One of the funniest blogs that I think you can find out there is icanhascheeseburger. LOLCats have become an internet meme, with the language getting its on wiki on how to speak it. It has also inspired its own translation of the Bible and programming language. You can add your own pictures and comments through their LOLBuilder and the site is largely runs from user submissions.
Its not just Cats though. There have been the following spin-offs:

The website has other themes as well – worth checking out are the Graphs and Fail.
But the real reason that I am posting this? I just love this picture…
