Long promised on their home page, Chessex (our favorite dice people…) have finally released their gaming dice jewelry. As of writing their website still says they are coming soon, but order numbers and pictures are available in their catalog (link opens a PDF). The jewelry is specially designed by jewelers Siltoys not to ruin the dice in any way, and to be customizable (to a point). According to their catalog only their dice will fit (which might be a bit sad if you have that special lucky die you want to wear around the place…) but at least it is a custom die color only available with their pendants.
The dice held in the pendants and key chains range from d4 to d20 (with the usual dice inbetween…) and the finish comes in silver or copper. No word on price in the catalog, so I’d imagine you would need to email them.
Over the years, I have purchased a vast quantity of dice directly from Chessex. My main set is a 95 dice collection from their Gemini series (at least 1 of everything and 10 of most in the red/blue color…). Everything that I have ordered from them has been shipped promptly and has arrived in mint condition. We have even had custom “Dice of Doom” d10 die made up by them as well, but more of that later…
