It notably features the (in)famous Comet of Casandora spell. It has an interesting selection of spells for both defensive and offensive purposes. It is somewhat a jack-of-all-trades Lore. Whilst primarily used by those who have no choice, like Skink Priests, the Lore of Heavens has some interesting options available, particularly for movement control and area denial, and can perform well in the hands of Level 1-2 Wizards. Continue reading →

Its focus on Augments makes it a Lore very focused on your troops, both in enhancing them and protecting them. The Lore of Light works best in conjunction with a solid understanding of tactical movement in Warhammer. Continue reading →

With a powerful Lore Attribute and great Signature, in addition to scaling well with boosted spells, this Lore is effective on any level Wizard. Continue reading →

It primarily focuses on Augments, but also boasts two Magic Missiles and a Hex. It immediately offers itself as a fairly general spell list that can be played comfortably with and against pretty much any army. The spells are fairly easy to cast, but have good enhanced versions for if you have the power dice to spare. Continue reading →

In this post we’re looking at the Lore of Fire. The Lore of Fire is, unsurprisingly, focussed on delivering large amounts of fiery death to your opponent’s troops (or “dudes”). Most of its spells are direct damage, which is not necessarily a bad thing if that’s what you want.
